Role description

We are looking for a graphic designer with strong digital and art direction skills. The candidate will work alongside the Head of Design to support them in developing creative concepts and executing digital projects.

What you will do:

  • Create and lead digital art direction for multi-channel projects, including websites, mobile applications, and digital advertising campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the creative and development teams to translate client visions into artistic and creative concepts that meet business objectives;
  • Oversee and guide the creative process, from concept to production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards;
  • Maintain a constant focus on the latest trends in digital design, user experience and technology, integrating innovations and best practices into projects;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective visual strategies that engage and inspire the target audience.

What we consider important for you to already have:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in similar roles, with a portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of digital design, creativity and innovation;
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Strong skills in prototyping, typography, colour, iconography and graphic layout;
  • Detail-oriented, able to work to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a digital artist with solid skills in 3D design and motion. The candidate will work in the team dedicated to augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality and video marketing projects.

What you will do

  • Product modelling, scene construction, animation and texturing;
  • Design of AR/VR/MR projects;
  • Video motion graphics and 3D;
  • Video editing and audio design.
