Gallerie delle Prigioni is an exhibition space created from the restoration of the former Habsburg prisons in the heart of Treviso’s historic centre. It hosts various contemporary art exhibitions, including the art collection conceived by Luciano Benetton, Imago Mundi Collection.

The desire of Fondazione Imago Mundi to give Gallerie delle Prigioni an online identity led to the need to create a website. The aim is to showcase the exhibitions, educational events and numerous activities that are periodically organised in this exhibition space.

KeyWe embraces the client’s needs and studies the design of a new website

The communication strategy proposed for the Imago Mundi Foundation translates into an online identity dedicated to Gallerie delle Prigioni, thanks in part to the use of a dedicated domain. Although the graphic concept remains consistent with the foundation’s values and design, the Gallerie delle Prigioni website is independent in expressing its essence and organised activities.

The aim is to make the client as autonomous as possible in managing content and, above all, to develop a minimalist, essential and effective design that can best communicate the values and positioning of Gallerie delle Prigioni.

From concept to development, KeyWe designs the website

For this project, design and user experience are the cornerstones of the entire new communication strategy. It was therefore essential to create a website that not only reflects the innovative style of Gallerie delle Prigioni, but also maintains a solid synergy with the design of Fondazione Imago Mundi website.

The extremely dynamic world of exhibition galleries leads KeyWe to have a very specific goal: to offer the client a simple and intuitive CMS, in order to ensure easy use in total autonomy. From managing the events calendar to categorising content.

It was therefore decided to customise the WordPress CMS, configuring it according to the client’s needs, so that they can update the content completely independently and, when necessary, upload new content.
