The agency is providing strategic support for the reopening of The Space Cinema theatres.
The Space Cinema circuit consists of 36 multiplex cinemas spread across 15 Italian regions. Its mission is to put the viewer at the centre of its work, offering excellence in both its cinema facilities and hospitality, as well as an ever-expanding range of exclusive content.
At the end of 2014, ownership of The Space Cinema passed to the Vue Entertainment International group, and since 2017, KeyWe has been responsible for online communication and promotion. The collaboration has grown organically year after year, and in 2020, KeyWe was also entrusted with digital copywriting services and the development of graphic assets for offline communication, such as posters, coupons, price lists and menus.
To make itself more attractive and communicate more directly, simply and effectively with its audience, The Space Cinema took advantage of the closure period to ask KeyWe to review the look and feel of all its online and offline communications.
To counteract and resist the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Space Cinema is now relaunching and, thanks to KeyWe’s strategic support, is implementing new communication plans across its website, app and social networks:
- encouraging online sales of its products (The Space Card and The Space Pass) and vouchers;
- encouraging a safe return to the cinema, thanks in part to the possibility of renting a private screening room for family and friends;
- offering special prices for each location depending on trends related to the impact of Covid-19.
The promotional campaigns were accompanied by video marketing activities distributed on social networks and in cinemas: since 2021, KeyWe has also been producing motion graphics video animations for The Space Cinema, accompanied by speech and sound editing.
