Clear Channel Italy Outdoor turned to KeyWe to create a new digital strategy and design digital tools able to efficiently and effectively convey the company’s positioning in terms of its products and services. Key objectives included the need to present out-of-home (OOH) advertising as an innovative, creative, quantifiable and interactive means. The ultimate goal was to devise a platform that is a true strategic tool.

The project

To implement our strategy, we first overhauled of the website in terms of its infrastructure, navigation and graphic style and interface. The need to create an easy-to-use, intuitive tool for the Clear Channel audience and for the client’s in-house administrators tasked with managing all relevant content determined the structure of the platform. In addition, the project included the creation of a special, restricted-access section for Clear Channel Italy employees to manage client meetings.

Focus

Following the publication of the web platform, we began to focus on the redefinition of all Clear Channel B2B communications. Our activities were concentrated on bringing the new online marketing style to all sales support materials, such as presentations and Keynote interfaces. In addition, KeyWe designed all the master layouts for all online marketing support materials.

The results

The resulting analytics system makes it possible for Clear Channel to reliably and precisely monitor the progress of the entire platform, while data reports let the client to define or update corporate strategies as necessary.
