KeyWe has redesigned and developed the Gardaland site in all its sections with the aim of operating a repositioning on the market, promoting the image of “Resort Destination”. Support for Italian as the default language and English and German as secondary languages.
An important capability is to allow the client to personalise the customers’ browsing experience and offer more relevant content. Examples of personalisation used in our sites are both user-led or browser-led, where session cookies track surfing behaviour and serve different content depending on whether the customer is, say, a new or returning visitor to the website, which can be configured in the CMS.
A completely new look and feel that seduces the user with the brand’s compelling proposition and engages them on an emotional level, including skins for the hotel and ticket booking engines. A new suite of tools and processes to support the ongoing management of the site and ability to grow conversion through continual optimisation.
