The JTI Digital Trade Platform project was inspired by the desire to have an additional tool to support JTI in its digital evolution.

The project

KeyWe designed the mobile platform «JTI Con Te» dedicated both to JTI field force and tobacconists to support their daily activities. All users can quickly tap on information related to combustible and not combustible products, stay update on price changes and ask for assistance to the Logic customer care.

The results

In addition to design and development, KeyWe handles all content management and email marketing activities to direct traffic to and maintain user interest in the app. In addition, we generate weekly analytics reports and user navigation studies that serve as the basis for user experience optimisation.
