KeyWe designed and developed the X Factor 2017 app for Sky Italia, released on Android & iOS markets and compatible with multiple mobile device types (smart phones, tablets and smart watches). The main goals for this project were improving customer loyalty, increasing the number of active users, monitoring their behavior while gaining real-time insights on their mood and inclinations.
KeyWe worked on the restyling of the X Factor 2016 app, focusing on UX optimizations, improving on the existing features and developing new ones. Moreover, KeyWe was committed to writing and producing additional entertainment content to complement the live TV broadcast experience, while also providing detailed analysis on users’ engagement data.
KeyWe also designed the “XF Tour” Contest, delivering a unique and immersive experience and giving users a chance to attend the X Factor final. Mapping all the X Factor locations with 3D technology, from castings to the live shows venues, KeyWe created multiple interactive Virtual Tours. Users were able to explore all the #XF11 locations during the live broadcasts, and by playing the game they could enter to win tickets to attend the final Live Show.
KeyWe has also worked on the ads delivered through the show’s website and social media, developed the voting tutorials for different Sky channels, designed the official merchandising and provided a KPI analytics report for the “XF Tour” Contest at the end of every live broadcast.
