Digitalwave, the platform reserved for the business team and national and international distributors, is expanding to integrate the Business Units, Leggenda and Works.
Lotto has always been deeply involved in sport, believing in its power to transcend social, political and geographical boundaries. Lotto Sport is convinced that protecting the environment is part of a company’s responsibilities and therefore pays attention to costs on the one hand and the efficient use of resources on the other, saving energy, using recycled paper and cardboard, and reducing the use of polluting materials in production.
This choice also translates into the optimisation of its sales and communication channels. In 2017, Lotto turned to KeyWe to digitise its B2B sales processes and created a platform reserved for the business/sales team and distributors, called Digitalwave. This is a digital catalogue of all new product collections before they go into production and a digital archive of all sales materials.
Features of the project in the first phase:
- search by specific filters on product lines, product types, materials and technologies proprietary to Lotto Sport;
- ability to save dynamically searched product lists: when the catalogue is updated, the products are updated according to the search criteria;
- ability to add to “My Boxes” to save a single product.
Since its launch in September 2017, for which KeyWe created a promotional teaser video, Lotto Sport has made significant savings compared to the previous year, saving on the production and distribution of printed catalogues.
Since 2017, the collaboration between Lotto Sport and KeyWe has continued unabated. To date, the Digitalwave platform has evolved with the following features:
- Centralisation of marketing and communication materials for agents and suppliers;
- Multimedia area for downloading pre-catalogues (before production, as they do not produce everything that goes into the catalogue), communication materials in PDF format for retailers and showrooms (cardboard boxes, posters, boxes, packaging, etc.), and videos in both high and low definition;
- Expansion with a more flexible technological system for the integration of other Lotto Sport Business Units – called LAB – such as Works and Leggenda (fashion and casual shoe lines) at the same level as the main line.
