Personalised videos: the key to grabbing attention

Since 2016, we have been creating videos for Findomestic containing personalised information and promotions on the type of contract and services activated by the customer.

Thanks to an innovative platform, Doxee Pvideo^®, each video is populated and personalised in terms of text, visuals and audio with data from Findomestic’s CRM. Pvideo^®s are distributed via SMS, email and app notifications.

Creative and interactive videos to drive conversions

The video marketing activities created for Findomestic are all highly creative and leverage emotional appeal. The aim is to maintain attention from the beginning to the end of the video, providing more information than text-based content would.

Conversion is achieved through calls to action integrated within and at the end of the videos. Analytics track every action, interaction, CTR, viewing duration, engagement rate and all other KPIs. This makes it possible to analyse the effectiveness of the video.
