Aon is the world’s leading group in risk and human resources consulting, insurance and reinsurance brokerage. The Group has over 25 main offices and 1,500 employees in Italy.

Aon turned to KeyWe for advice on the Phygital Experience of its new workspace in Milan, a true Smart Building. The project involved various professions and skills, from architecture to system integration, all aimed at creating solutions for the management of the Smart Building.

We drafted the tender specifications for the search and selection of the most qualified suppliers. Our strategic consulting services covered the design of the technological setup, the basic infrastructure for the integration of all technologies, and the analysis of security management policies.

We provided our expertise in defining the Customer Experience.

Experience design

Once the project team had been identified, we focused primarily on the design, collaborating with the System Integrator to develop the applications.

We designed the graphical interface for the web platform and app called Aon One Booking. This is an integrated workspace management solution for booking, monitoring and managing collaborative spaces such as meeting rooms, workstations and parking.

We designed the interface for the Aon One Visit application, which is used to check guests in and out in accordance with company policies.
