The Space Cinema, part of the Vue International group, is a chain of 36 multiplexes. It offers the best films on the market with a particular focus on major cinema events. Alongside its film programming, it offers a schedule of special content including concerts, operas, ballets, sporting events and documentaries.
The Space Cinema partnered with KeyWe to create and manage visual and textual content for all online and offline communication touchpoints. The assignment has grown organically year after year.
In addition to the communications team, KeyWe has a team dedicated to The Space Cinema’s customer care, including on official social media channels.

Since 2017, we have been providing content management services for The Space Cinema.
We offer a personalised user experience, thanks to content tailored to specific targets and geolocation. We create online campaigns supported by app notifications to generate effective communication between the cinema chain and its customers.
Coordinated communication
Since 2020, we have been entrusted with the production of offline communication materials for various multiplexes (large billboards, posters, coupons, price lists and menus).
Since 2021, we have been producing promotional videos for social media channels. For cinemas, on the other hand, we produce motion graphics commercials with speech and sound editing.
Dedicated customer service
Since 2022, we have had a team dedicated exclusively to The Space Cinema’s Customer Care service, available 7 days a week. Our keywords are speed, accuracy, humility and empathy. The team manages and resolves all customer support requests, which arrive via email ticketing, comments and DMs on official social media channels.
The Space Cinema is kept informed of progress through weekly comparisons and monthly reports.
